We are deeply saddened by the passing of our colleague and friend Beth Roloff.
Beth was a talented and driven architect whose thoughtful leadership elevated both our work and the people around her. Kind, gracious, and deeply respectful in every interaction, she was a much-loved colleague, mentor, and an invaluable part of the MSR Design and broader architectural communities.
Over 10 years with MSR Design, Beth brought extraordinary care, professionalism, and commitment to her projects, clients, and teams. Her impact on our firm—and on the many people she mentored and worked alongside—will stay with us.
Her boundless energy and generous spirit also greatly contributed to MSR Design's culture. Beth helped bring to life our firmwide architecture tours, WhirlyBall adventures, Halloween costume contests, softball games, and other traditions—always adding a little friendly competition along the way.
We are enormously grateful to have known her, worked with her, and called her our colleague and friend.
We will miss her more than we can say.
