MSR Design is looking for a design-minded, highly organized, and driven marketing graphic specialist with at least three years of relevant professional experience to help us tell compelling, authentic stories about our work and succeed in winning new projects that align with our goals.
This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, marketing, and business development. We are looking for someone with a strong visual eye who understands the unique qualities of a project, team, or approach and can translate that understanding into persuasive proposals, presentations, graphics, and other marketing materials.
Candidates with a background in marketing or communications or with a background in architecture, interior design, or other design disciplines with strong graphic communication skills and an interest in marketing and business development are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is required. Experience with Microsoft 365 programs and digital asset management, CRM, CMS, social media, and AI-enabled marketing tools are preferred.
Experience working in an architecture, interior design, or related design environment is highly valued. A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, architecture, interior design, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Salary range: $70,000–$85,000

MSR Design is seeking a highly organized, dependable office coordinator to keep the day-to-day workings of our Minneapolis studio running smoothly.
This position is a part-time, fully in-person role with a deliberately focused scope. Because the work centers on the daily needs of our physical studio—welcoming visitors, supporting meetings and events, maintaining shared spaces, handling mail and deposits, and keeping the office stocked and functioning—it requires working on site and is not a remote or hybrid job.
The position involves noticing what needs attention, keeping recurring tasks moving, helping the office feel welcoming and well cared for, and making it easier for the rest of the team to do their best work.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being at the center of a busy workplace, takes pride in detail, and is comfortable shifting between routine administrative work, meeting and event coordination, and the practical needs of a physical office.

Qualifications of Ideal Candidate
The right person will be organized, responsive, resourceful, and naturally service-oriented. The office coordinator notices the small things before they become problems, enjoys bringing order to moving pieces, and is equally comfortable setting up a meeting, troubleshooting an office need, or making sure an important recurring deadline doesn’t get missed.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, comfort with common office technology, and prior experience with office administration or workplace coordination are important.
We are a seeking candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in office administration, workplace coordination, or office management within a professional business environment. The successful candidate will be able to assume responsibility for daily office operations with minimal training and limited supervision. Experience in a professional services, architecture, design, or similar office environment is a plus.
This role is designed for someone who wants to make a meaningful contribution to a collaborative workplace through a consistent, in-person schedule of 24 hours per week. Remote candidates will not be considered.
