Jeff has been involved in the planning and design of more than five million square feet of public buildings and more than six million square feet of higher educational facilities, including libraries, cultural arts centers, and housing. Based in Utah, Jeff is helping MSR Design expand design services to western states by guiding public participatory processes, creating equitable design, and realizing ambitious sustainability goals. His design work has won more than 25 design and sustainability awards. His experience includes nine LEED certifications, Living Building Challenge planning for four projects, an ILFI Net-Zero certification, and California’s first Living Building Challenge certified project.
