MSR Design provided a space needs assessment, programming, and full design services for this new city hall, library, and public service facility located within a park with dramatic lake and mountain views. The building houses multiple city agencies, the library, and Utah County Health Human Services. The design consolidates multiple city agencies and offices into one location to establish an identity for the community. The design also accommodates a full range of workplace strategies to create a post-pandemic hybrid work environment, support staff retention and recruitment, and provide open office space and acoustical zoning. The project features an outdoor event space with connections to local and regional trails. Sustainable features include a photovoltaic array with a battery back-up system.
