On December 16th, the City of Saratoga Springs offered the public an insiders’ look into the new city hall building. The new 80,000 square-foot facility creates a convenient one-stop shop model for public services by bringing together multiple city agencies, the public library, and Utah County Health and Human Services under one roof. Designed to support a modern, hybrid work environment, the building offers flexible office spaces, acoustical zoning, and amenities that enhance collaboration and staff retention. Located within a park with stunning lake and mountain views, the facility also features an outdoor event space and trail connections, as well as incorporating sustainable design strategies.
