MSR Design announces a series of promotions across all areas of the firm. The promotions reflect MSR Design’s commitment to recognizing leadership and expertise in support of design excellence.
MSR Design CEO and president Traci Engel Lesneski states, “These promotions are about recognizing the talent, dedication, and expertise that elevate our practice. They celebrate the contributions of firm leaders across design, operations, finance, and marketing, whose work makes everything we do possible.”
This year’s promotions follow a firm-wide organizational restructuring that involved realigning titles and roles and clarifying career pathways. The expanded group reflects a deliberate effort to formally recognize individuals who have contributed to the firm’s success at a consistently high level.
New senior associates include Jeryl Aman, Scott Berger, Simona Fischer, Lauren Gardner, Emily Gross, Tom Haller, Mitch Karr, Veronica Karr, Ben Lewis, Patrick Lynch, Amy Nash, Lisa Nelson, Beth Roloff, and Chris Wingate. New associates include Brett Gustafson, Karen Junak, Connor McManus, Java Nyamjav, and Bjorn Olson.
