In Memoriam | Architect | Senior Associate

Beth Roloff

AIA, LEED AP BD+C

In memory of Beth Roloff, we honor her life and legacy as a talented, driven architect whose thoughtful leadership elevated both our work and the people around her. Kind, gracious, and deeply respectful in every interaction, Beth was a much-loved colleague, mentor, and an invaluable part of the MSR Design and broader architectural communities.

A registered architect and senior associate with MSR Design, Beth worked across complex building typologies, a range of locations, and architectural scales. Her work included libraries, higher education, workplace, healthcare, science and technology, and mixed-use development projects in the United States and Middle East. A thoughtful steward of the environment, Beth focused on creating architecture that was sustainably integrated into the urban fabric.

Beth was also deeply committed to the profession beyond her project work. Through organizations such as AIA Minnesota’s Architecture in the Schools Program, the Harvard University Graduate School of Design Alumni Council, and University of Virginia School of Architecture Externship Program, she generously mentored students, emerging professionals, architects, and designers throughout her career.
