She has a passion for community-centered work and believes architecture should be a positive force for creating inclusive spaces. A meticulous planner, Kate leads complex projects and manages the firmwide approach to project management. Her commitment to a collaborative design process, combined with skilled listening, results in projects that fully realize their clients’ needs and aspirations. Kate is a member of the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2).
