A registered architect and associate with MSR Design, Chris is passionate about developing and applying a design-centric approach to sustainability grounded in clarity of concept, design rigor, and inspiring visualization. He has worked on the design of numerous award-winning projects, including the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum Tashjian Bee and Pollinator Discovery Center and RIDC’s Mill 19, both winners of national AIA COTE Top Ten Awards. A certified passive house consultant and LEED accredited professional, Chris has given numerous talks for AIA and USGBC. METROPOLIS recognized Chris with the 2023 Planet Positive Rising Star Award.

What are your favorite activities outside of work?

I love playing soccer, making music, waging Star Wars Lego battles with my two young children, and sharing my favorite activities with my favorite miniature people.
