MSR Design partner Dagmara Cygler is celebrating 20 years with the firm.

Recognizing this milestone, MSR Design CEO and partner Traci Lesneski states, “What an honor it has been to lead alongside my talented friend and partner Dagmara these past 20 years! Dagmara’s passion for design excellence permeates our partnership, her project and client leadership, and her service to the profession on the AIA Minnesota board. Her integrated approach to architecture expertly marries aesthetic expression, programmatic needs, and building performance, while fully centering humans. Dagmara’s approach has elevated MSR Design and the profession. Her quick mind, drive for continual improvement, and zest for life make her a wonderful partner and collaborator.
