Tom Negaard

Tom is a designer with experience on a variety of project types at multiple scales, from residences on Lake Tahoe and Martha’s Vineyard to libraries for Columbia University and Brooklyn Public Library. He is passionate about design’s ability to shape human experience and landscapes. Tom enjoys researching, teaching, and writing about the intersection of architecture, ecology, and energy. Prior to joining MSR Design, Tom was an associate associate at Belmont Freeman Architects in New York and an instructor at Columbia University.
