A certified interior designer, Kathryn joined MSR Design in 2022 after graduating from the University of Minnesota. She received a METROPOLIS Future 100 Award for her interest in creating sustainable, biophilic, and healthy spaces. In 2023, she was named one of Interior Design's 30/30, celebrating emerging talents in the Minneapolis design scene. Kathryn believes that thoughtful design can profoundly improve lives, an ideal that fuels her work. She is committed to enhancing occupant well-being through holistic design approaches. In her current role, Kathryn continues to align her work with the firm’s commitment to sustainable practices that positively influence both people and the planet.
I love to travel at every opportunity I get (Japan and Denmark are my favorites), visit cafes, thrift shop, read, cook, and get active outside.
