Ian Ford, AIA, LEED AP
BiographyA registered architect with 15 years of experience, Ian recently joined MSR after relocating from Boston, Massachusetts. Ian received a Bachelor of Architecture from Drury University’s Hammons School of Architecture in Springfield, Missouri, and has practiced architecture with Ann Beha Architects and Jonathan Levi Architects in Boston and Krueck & Sexton Architects, Holabird & Root, and McBride Kelley Baurer in Chicago. His project experience includes higher education facilities, K-12 schools, museums, and libraries, with a focus on adaptive reuse and renovation of iconic modernist buildings. Ian has received numerous awards, including the Drury University Hammons School of Architecture Alumni Design Award and Boston Society of Architects Harleston Parker Medal (for the Roger Wellington School project with Jonathan Levi Architects). Ian was an assistant instructor with Drury University’s Hammons School of Architecture from 2008–2009. He enjoys spending his free time on bicycling explorations with his family.
