MSR Design, a national award-winning architecture and interior design firm headquartered in Minneapolis, is seeking multiple architects and designers to work on a wide variety of projects. We are seeking motivated individuals with curiosity and a passion for learning, strong technical skills in documentation and detailing, and interest in design as tracked through the ten measures of the AIA Framework for Design Excellence. Architects will be involved from concept design through construction completion of projects. We are seeking to hire individuals with a variety of backgrounds and the ability to work across multiple projects, who will thrive in our collaborative studio culture.

Required qualifications include:

• 6-10 years of experience.
• Actively pursuing architectural licensure (or licensed).
• High proficiency in computer modeling and graphics tools including Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience developing construction documents and guiding construction administration.
• Strong verbal, written, and graphic skills to communicate and implement design principles.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Participate in all phases of architectural design, documentation, and construction administration of buildings.
• Develop creative design concepts for projects.
• Be responsible for daily design and technical development of projects.
• Coordinate project design efforts.
• Prepare presentation and design drawings.
• Follow MSR Design standards focused on documentation, technical specifications, and detailing.
